Svein Ilebekk (Chief Executive Officer)
Svein graduated from the University of Oslo in 1981 (Cand. Real) and has 28 years industry experience in oil companies and geo-consultancy in Norway: Saga/DNO/Amoco and READ/AkerKvaerner Geo (JSI). Svein joined Revus Energy AS in 2002 as one of the founders of the company. In the mid 90s Svein co-founded a geoscience consulting company, JSI AS. In 1998 the company was acquired by AkerKvaerner and renamed AkerKvaernerGeo AS. Svein held the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Geologist.
From 2003 to 2004 Svein held the position of Technical Manager at Revus Energy, being responsible for the prequalification process, building the subsurface team, IT strategy, as well as participation in the company’s first concession round in 2003. In 2004 Svein was engaged as Exploration Manager in the company, being responsible for building the exploration portfolio through concession rounds and farm-ins. Svein left the company in September 2009, nine months after its acquisition by Wintershall.

Tim Sullivan (Deputy CEO/UK Manager)
Since being awarded an MSc in Geophysics from Birmingham University in 1972, Tim has spent 35 years in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Conoco, Getty Oil and Enterprise Oil, before becoming one of the founders of Revus Energy in 2002. Tim has held exploration management positions since 1983, when he was appointed exploration manager for Getty Oil in Egypt. From 1989 to 1997, Tim held Exploration Management positions in Enterprise Oil Norge during its main growth period. Later, from 1997 to 2002, he was responsible for much of Enterprise Oil plc’s international business, culminating in the position of worldwide Exploration Manager from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, at the time of Shell’s acquisition of Enterprise Oil, Tim was General Manager of Enterprise in Norway.
From 2002 to 2006, Tim was Chief Executive Officer of Revus Energy ASA, taking the company to listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2005. He stepped down from this position in 2006 in order to concentrate on the growing exploration activities. He left in July 2009, six months after the acquisition of the company by Wintershall. Tim is currently a non-executive director of Bowleven plc.

Chris Elliott (Exploration Manager)
Chris holds a BSc Honours Degree in Geology from the University of Manchester and a PhD from the University of Birmingham. Upon entering the industry in 1998, Chris worked as a geological consultant for Ichron Limited prior to joining Shell International in 2001, with an initial posting to the Netherlands, where he was involved in development, near-field exploration and operational projects, and latterly to Italy, where he provided the technical input to unitisation negotiations and expert submissions for a major oilfield. In 2006, Chris joined Revus Energy as a Senior Exploration Geologist, becoming Deputy Exploration Manager and a Director of the company’s UK subsidiaries by the time of the Wintershall acquisition in late 2008.

Erik Samuelsen (Commercial Manager)
Erik graduated from the University of Bodø in 1991 (BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Master of Science in General Business/Finance). Prior to entering the industry, Erik worked at the University for one year and for two years as an economic consultant for Statsbygg. He joined Conoco in 1995 where he held various positions within economics, finance and commercial activities.
In 1999 Erik joined Phillips Petroleum as Team Leader for the Economics and Risk Assessment section and in 2001 he moved to Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Project Manager within the Oil & Gas team. Erik joined Revus Energy in 2003 as a Senior Commercial Advisor within Business Development where he contributed to the growth of the company through acquisitions, farm-ins and disposal of assets.

Ingrid Landråk (Chief Financial Officer)
Ingrid is a qualified chartered accountant. She holds an MSc in Public Accounting from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Upon graduation, she joined Price Waterhouse, leaving in 1995 to become Group Controller of Scana Industrier ASA, a Nordic industrial group. From 1999 to 2004 she was employed by Gilde BA, firstly as Finance Manager, later becoming Chief Financial Officer. In 2004 she joined Statoil ASA as Department Manager Financial Accounting. From 2005 to 2009 Ingrid was Finance Manager of Revus Energy ASA. At Revus, she took overall responsibility for accounting, taxation, corporate risk management and developing an optimal corporate structure. She was also involved in the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE) listing of the Company in 2005 and for all Private Placements in the period 2005 to 2008. Additional responsibilities included reporting to the OSE and taking the role as Secretary of the Company and its subsidiaries. Ingrid resigned her position in October 2009, ten months after the acquisition of Revus by Wintershall. Ingrid Landråk has served on the boards of Sparebank 1 SR-Bank and Elhus AS.

Callum Smyth (HSE & Operational Manager)
Callum holds a BSc Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Paisley College of Technology, UK. Upon entering the industry in 1989, Callum started as a Petroleum Engineer, initially for BP in both the UK and Norway and then with Amerada Hess in the UK and Denmark. In 1996, Callum joined Enterprise Oil plc and worked as a Well Engineer on developments such as Nelson, Pierce, and Cook, and latterly in Brazil on the Bijupira/Salema deepwater project. In 2002 Shell took over Enterprise and Callum moved back to Norway working for Norske Shell in the Wells group in Stavanger. In May 2007, Callum joined Revus as Wells Project Manager and contributed to the successful drilling of the first Revus/Wintershall operated wells in both the UK and Norway. In August 2010 Callum joined Agora as HSE and Operations Manager.
